After attending the
2 day seminar in Singapore listening to a top hedge fund manager
on his ways to capture major moves is certainly very reassuring
that a mechanical system can be profitable.
I came to this
conclusion after trying to sit in front of the computer for 12
hours a day after 4 months. So today, I am committed to a
mechanical trading model. Anyway I have been trading the forex
using a mechanical system for the last 3 years which is
automated. This mean the program will place the buy or sell
order according to certain conditions, to the online broker.
Often people asked
me how whether I am a fulltime trader. Answer - no time because
the program follows a strict rule to trade the market. A task
which I failed to follow religiously because I always have the
urge to improve something.
Trading in my humble
opinion is boring. Everyday doing the same thing again and
again. If trading were any more interesting, I knew I was going
to lose money.
The same goes for
property. After buying them, just follow a strict procedure to
"aggressively" collect the rent every month.
Certainly attending
all the property seminars by Robert Kiyosaki and Dolf de Roos has inspired me. Reading the
books written by Azizi Ali and Renesial Leong on property helped
me in understanding the local scene.
The best stories are the
goose that lay the golden eggs. Just reinvesting the eggs to buy
more houses. A simple fool proof method.
In my experience, there are

reached.
